What patients say on Google

“Worst experience in my life they’re very rude. They’re very unprofessional. They never answered the phones and they lie about Insurance. The insurance said I was covered 💯 for 5 treatments a week, they told me in the office I would have to pay 40$ a session!! That’s 200$ a week!! And they also appeared to be very prejudice against Black people….Worst medical experience I have ever had… They will also tell you that they are the only ones that offer the service in OKC!!! That’s a lie!! The building stinks!! Every time I have been in the office ,all you see is the staff eating food and and their THC vapes charging on the desk….”

“I was looking for a Psychiatric Office that would take me in as a patient and this office got me in within a week after calling them! They have helped me with medication management and emotional support when needed! Jennifer McReynolds is super awesome and I’m so glad to have her! Office staff have done nothing but be caring and patient with me! I will say, they will keep a balance on your account just in case payments are not able to be made; you will have that back up! I learned that after my first visit and there was an extra $150.00 in my account. When I wasn’t able to make a payment for an appointment they just used the back up funds. Totally recommend this office for your needs!”

“It is unfortunate that there are such good doctors that work here. The office is not run well. Don’t be surprised if you get charged without explanation or notice. I would advise changing your card information as soon as you can. See other reviews that say the same thing and worse. Good luck to you.”

“I recently underwent TMS treatment at this clinic. The treatment worked and my depression symptoms have improved. That said, I wouldn’t thank the doctors for that. Let me inform you of something that I was not aware of - the doctor does not perform your TMS treatment; however, a trained and certified technician does. (I’m not certain on the actual title of this position.) At Edmond Psych, that technician is a sweet angel named Heather. She is the best part about this place. She’s compassionate, patient, and really spends time getting to know the person she is caring for. The front desk staff were iffy. One day they gave my diabetic husband some candy because his sugar was low, and then one day they complained about checking me in because their tablet was dead. I am supposed to do virtual appointments to follow up after my treatments but I can’t attend a virtual appointment if I don’t have a link. I met two doctors during my time here - Dr. Heaney and Dr. Morris. Dr. Morris has a very interesting energy - not bad just interesting. Dr. Heaney was helpful in ensuring the treatments were being effective but I felt like it stopped there. I felt other issues were not being addressed with my current doctor and if they were I was not informed of anything. I drove from Tulsa to Edmond 4 days a week for 3 months for these treatments. If my insurance approved a clinic closer to me I would’ve went there. If I lived in Edmond and my insurance approved a different clinic, I would go there.”
