“Enjoyed the place until Dr. Barrett refused to see me on a day I showed up exactly 15 minutes late due to icy roads. I called nonstop to give them a heads up, but no one answered the phone. Mind you the appointment with her takes less than 10 minutes. I could hear her warming up her breakfast and the receptionist hadn’t even turned on her computer. They make you pay your copay when confirming the appointment and then have the nerve to charge $100 “same day” cancellation fee.”
